actually it was more of a nightmare. After watching 12+ hours of college football yesterday I drifted off. What do I see Tua running and throwing all over the field against our offense. If Purdue can throw for almost 600 yards Tua and Bama will probably go for 900. They could have scored 100 points on Ole Miss if they anted to. Maybe 120. They pulled Tua in the 2nd quarter and then Hurts did mostly the same. By the 2nd half their 3rd stringer was scoring TD’s. The bad part is our offense may just score enough to make Saban not look like a total ass for scoring 100 pts.

That being said when you are missing your best corner and a good starting LB, it can have some effect on the defense. All everyone was saying this week was the QB can’t throw more than 5 yds down field. I am sure they game planned to stop a potent running attack. I don’t think the defense is as bad as it looked last night. Reminds me a lot of Indiana in 2014. I think it will get better. I am just not sure if there is a defense in the country that can stop Tua
