i dont know if he is a good coach or not...what i do know is hiring coaches is a crapshoot. Look at Florida...Jeremy Foley was a highly respected AD...scads of money...support.. area talent rich...yet he hires zook, muschamp and mcelwaine around urban...2 promoted successful DCs that failed...and 2 successful OCs that had done well at smaller schools and 1 of 2 there....
i dont know about Odom but the odds are 50-50 at best anybody else can do more.
