Auburn had QR codes posted everywhere to allow you to order ahead. You would then pick up your food at a window next to certain concession stands.
My son and I each separately ordered a hotdog. 10 minutes or so and nothing happens. A woman near us said that at a prior game she had asked why it took so long and she was told “nobody was dedicated to pay attention to the online orders.”
WTF????
So I gave up and went back to the seat. The second half already started and I didn’t want to miss anything. My son saw another concession stand with no line and got a hotdog in a couple of minutes.
The order page throughout the second half said my order had not been fulfilled. Somewhere about an hour after the game, it said my hotdog was ready.
The point? Enjoy that other places, screwup worse.
