I’m in The Lou this weekend. My dad admitted to Bethesda Dilworth recently and don’t think he will ever come home. So here are the questions / topics that I would appreciate feedback.
division of assets and big question- does it require consent from both spouses
does my mom need POA for finances. She has one for health care decisions for him
cost. Quoted $3,500 by law firm to submit to Medicaid. Is that fair or should I shop around
