I'm bored on a Saturday and I thought I'd give this a try. This will probably open the flood gate for me as far as posting goes. I've been reading the board for years and I want to give a shout out to Gabe. I think he does a great job and I appreciate the coverage he's provided us for years. So thank you, Gabe. I graduated from Mizzou and some would consider me a die hard. I'll get these out of the way:

I really want Kim to win here, but I don't see anything trending up. Hope I'm wrong.
I consider myself a baseball guy and I'm not sure how Coach J gets a renewal if we want to get serious about baseball. This is the only position I've see in my life where you can be "good" every contract year and keep your job (that's not just sports positions).
Ehren Earlywine has that best stubble of any man I have ever seen. And his softball team is pretty fun to watch too.
Royals fans, you're still the little brother until proven otherwise. Relax.
