enjoyed lunch at @gquebbq ’s place again today... the man/myth/legend himself was not around, but he has a great staff there

I did find my first opportunity to complain about something... they were out of pickled onions, so my sandwich was merely very good instead of excellent...

as always, if you’re within a couple hours of denver then you need to make time to visit... good stuff
