The portal closes at midnight tonight. That means anyone who wants to transfer has to have paperwork submitted to compliance by that time. Then over the next 2-3 days names will still come out as they get processed and actually enter. We're not necessarily expecting surprises, but they wouldn't be surprises if we knew about them.
