IMO, Jordan looks so much better from long range this year. Why would that be?
It could be that he just worked extremely hard las off season, which I am sure he did. What about other influences? Robertson for example! There was a story about how he self made his ability to shoot the 3. Did just his presence help Jordan? Did he coach Jordan?
What about coaching influence? We heard that Cuonzo was going to handle the HC/defensive side of the ball along with MPS and let Mann and Hollander handle the offense. I haven't seen much talk about those last two's actually day to day influence on our player's development. I actually do not know much about their history. I read how Hollander was a good big man coach. We have seen some improvement on Nikko, but is that due to improved health or coaching? Could Mann have had influence on Jordan's shot improvement?
I realize how important confidence is when it comes to players and especially with shooting. I suppose it could be just early success and Cuonzo/Mann/Hollander's encouragement to shoot from out there. I am sure that after about the 4th or 5th game the confidence factor has been a bigger and bigger factor for the entire team.
