Question about Stadium chair backs

On the webcam, it looks like crews have been installing the permanent seat cushions/chairbacks for a few days.
1) Do they also rent them on the concourse for individual games? (Edit - just found out the answer to this one is yes)
2) I'm assuming they won't allow you to bring your own stadium chairs, but will they allow you to bring in a seat cushion?
