Sometimes you come to watch the highly ranked guy and look for flaws. You think something this hyped can't live up to it. Burden is. He is clearly the best player on the field. He has touched the ball five times and been tackled once. There were two incompletions. On one, he was double covered, Mossed the defender in front of him and had the ball, but it was knocked out of his hands at the last second. On the other he picked a horrible pass about two inches off the turf. He caught it but lost it in the transition to try to turn and run for an incompletion. Absolutely electric with the ball in his hands. East St. Louis' only issue has been getting the ball in his hands.
