Recruiting Small Towns

[SEC ENDZONE]

As I see recruiting in Missouri small towns along with the Springfield area HS football lacks D-1 talent on a consistent basis. SEC states have small towns develop 3 and 4 star at a much higher rate compared to Missouri small towns. I never understood why Springfield cannot match Colombia in talent. Anyone have reasons why this is the case?
