The FBI conducted 687,788 background checks related to firearm purchases during the week leading up to and including Black Friday.
Based on multiple outlets, it appears the parents bought the gun that this 15-year old used in the Oxford shooting, if they did not take care to secure the gun, should they face charges ina situation like this?
