Heits was the sports editor for the Tribune and was killed 20 years ago in the Trib paring lot. Kent and I lived on the same floor in Stafford Hall and he was an absolutely wonderful guy. He came down to Louisiana with me several times and. I spent a lot of time with him at his home in STL. Great writer and I still can’t believe he’s gone.
