Steve Wilks earned another year

I mentioned earlier in the year that we should panic if we hadn’t seen the defense playing better at the end of the year. Learning new schemes are tough and take time—I’m encouraged that things are starting to click. I’m actually excited to see these young guys (especially this DL) with a full offseason and spring in Wilks’ scheme
