Tailgating TV question/advice

I'm an old and need help. Bought a tv for tailgating. Samsung smart tv all that. Plan to use my phone for a hotspot. What service can or should I use? I thoght I could use my Hulu account but in setting it up on the new tv using my phone it tells me I must have moved and need to change my address. If not I can't watch live tv. So if I subscribe to Sling using my phone as a hot spot am I going to get shut out when I get to Columbia and get setup at the tailgate?
