How can there be salary caps on NIL money that doesn't come from the schools? Patrick Mahomes and all other NFL players and other professional athletes have no cap on what they can earn from outside sources.

We took a chance on a young, promising coach and we might have won the lotto. If Drink & staff can land the class they are lining up and translate that success on the field, the machine will be running full tilt and money won't be a factor in anything he ever wants to do here. Likewise, if Drink makes the playoff and we give him a massive raise with long-term extension to lock him up, we could finally see Mizzou football back for a generation.

I don’t get why Missouri would need to be in any rush to hire an AD right now. To slap Larissa Anderson on the wrist for losing to SEMO? Attend some electric Mizzou baseball games? Give Dave Matter a story to tell? It’s the football and basketball offseason, there should be no rush. Just make the right hire.

SIAP, is Shaw confirmed to come back? I know he and his parents love Mizzou. I agree that he seemed to get singled out a lot by Gates last year.
I live about 70 miles from there. Their engineering school is elite.
