It's probably the biggest visit weekend of the year for Mizzou. And there are decisions on the horizon. Tons of stuff to get to so let's get to it.
OFFICIAL VISITORS
DeSean Brown -- This is a new name for us. An Oklahoma kid who has visited Oklahoma State and has nine Power Five offers, this is the exact type of recruit Mizzou can really build on. Yes, you want the top250 kids and the elite guys. But to really take the next step, Missouri needs to supplement those players with a lot of guys that have Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Iowa State type offers. Brown is more of a regional recruit than a national one. Like we said, new name so we can't say much about where Mizzou stands right now, but we'll try to reach him after the trip.
Deone Walker -- Walker has been on the radar for quite some time. He visited in the summer and we were skeptical Mizzou would get him back on campus, but it's happening this weekend. Getting a Michigan kid who has in-state offers from Michigan and Michigan State when both are in the top ten seems unlikely, but getting him on campus is a big step and we'll see where it goes.
UNOFFICIAL VISITORS
2022
Marcus Scott II
Max Whisner
Jamarion Wayne
Marquis Gracial
Xavier Simmons
Deshawn Woods
All of these guys are solidly committed. No concern with any of them that we know of at this point.
2023
Charles Jagusah
Marvin Burks
Christian Gray
Logan Reichert
Jaidyn Doss
Trevor Buhr
Asa Newsom
Kai Black
Raul Aguirre
Jamison Patton
Ryan Boyd
Antwon Hayden
JJ Kohl
That's three of the top six kids in the state of Missouri plus Doss, who we're still very surprised isn't in the top ten. The list also includes a top five player in Illinois (Jagusah) and two of the top five in Iowa (Black, Kohl) and a top 100 national prospect (Aguirre). It's also pretty obvious from that list that linebacker is going to be a major priority in the 2023 class.
2024
Titus Cram
Cram rounds out a long list of Iowa prospects making the trip down this weekend. He's already got offers from both in-state schools so he's likely a guy to pick up quite a bit more interest over the next couple of years.
