At the beginning of the year everyone said that the talent is just so awful and that's the reason they were dead last in the NCAA in rush defense etc etc.
Now, three weeks in a row they've looked much better and two of those weeks they looked above average for p5. Florida's defense has sucked all year but their offense scored a lot of points against everyone not named Georgia (they also struggled against Kentucky).
They couldn't do shit on us.
So are we to believe going from absolute dead last in rush defense to being pretty damn good because of practice? Or do we chalk it up to Wilks implementing a scheme that doesn't work in college? Do we still believe our talent is bad or was it all along that they were being coached and put in bad positions?
Obviously Wilks has earned a second year and I'm very happy. But I just want to know, was it really the Xs and Os all along?
