Brooklyn Center city manager, who worked for the city for 15 years, was fired today for suggesting the 25-year, decorated police officer who shot Daunte Wright is owed due process and therefore shouldn't be immediately fired.

The mayor here is essentially powerless, so the city council had to vote on the firing. One city councilwoman said and voted to fire him despite having done a consistently great job. Her reason? She's afraid her personal life will be destroyed by the woke mobs me rioters.

Next on their chopping block is the police chief for offering the preliminary opinion that the shooting may have been unintentional.

Take a note: Citing the US Constitution's Bill of Rights and protecting those rights per one's oath is now a fireable offense.

I anxiously await the expected responses in support of these actions.
