Always struck me as odd. Ex NFL HC coming back to the college game after decades in the pros. Surely not interested in recruiting 17 YO kids at this stage of his career. And reporting into a 30-something HC with very little HC experience.
I’ll admit I was excited to bring in someone who had coached at the pinnacle of the game. But, I was scratching my head at his motivation, other than a nice paycheck. Wonder how long he’ll ride this out.
