I could see Garcia heading out if it's clear Horn is next in line.
Also wonder about Williams and Johnson at safety. I could see it being a tough sell to keep both if Burks is the guy.
Johnson would be the biggest loss imo. But I'd like to keep both safeties because I like that depth there.
