Brady is the best option. Currently. Horn is the most talented. Currently. Eli will play Horn (against SD) and again against MTSU. Probably not as much because the lead and comfort zone doesn't figure to be as big. How big of a lead will determine IF he plays at all. Eli DOES want to give Horn experience, because honestly that is the only way you get better. I know you guys want Horn to be THE GUY, but wanting in one hand and shitting in the other... leaves you wanting more and having less.
Let's hope we see big strides (from both of our QB's) from Week 1, to Week 2. If you can't believe Chase Daniel's (and Eli's for that matter) evaluation (greatest QB in school history... the guy everyone wants as an OC or Head Coach) then I think you are just grinding to get your rocks off because you want a more complete QB, and we don't have that as a viable option right now.
For those saying he didn't get a fair shake. It's not the way I would have done it, but I also don't think he told his defense, "Hey give these guys a long drive to run clock off, I really don't want to see what Sam can do!"
It just didn't work out ideally.
