I give you yet another editorial from a prominent journalist(Ive been listening to Ron Insana on CNBC for years, he’s a reasonable thinker, if not squarely left leaning)...who essentially calls for a ban on all but bolt action rifles and black powder pistols.

When people of his otherwise intelligent and reasoned dispositions harbor completely ignorant views, and have such visible presences as a national TV outlet...his comments become an infection that must be killed quickly before the entire host becomes ill.
This is why the NRA often appears so intransigent. Because a majority of the left has no intention of stopping until all but museum style firearms are redirected from law abiding folks, to the criminals.
