Was taking a look at last year’s recruiting rankings, and just realized this is a real possibility, if not a probability.
Mizzou currently has 1 - 5 star, 6 - 4 stars, and 8 - 3 stars.
Last year Texas and Wisconsin were ranked #14 & #15. Each of their top 20 recruits included 1 - 5 star, 8 - 4 stars, and 11 - 3 stars.
Between Wesolak and one of the others on the board, chances are Mizzou gets 2 more 4 stars. And 3 stars are a dime a dozen, so getting 3 more is almost a surety.
Definitely would raise Mizzou’s recruiting profile. If someone would’ve told you that this would be the case when Drink was hired from Appalachian State, I’m not sure anyone would’ve believed it.
