I don't mean @VP. I mean who is Biden going to pick and why?
I think it will be Susan Rice.
1. She is African American woman (checks those boxes. There is some issue with Harris although small).
2. Biden has comfort with Rice, worked with her during Obama years
3. Rice is not outspoken. When is the last time a POTUS candidate picked an outspoken VP (I can only think of McCain/Palin).
