Im going to drag in @lawgeek here, because I trust his opinion, but the raid occurred on August 8, 2022. Basically 3 months before midterms.
I was told the evidence was over whelming. I was told they had him dead to rights. He went through process to ban the evidence collected, he lost and lost. In December, a Special Counsel was appointed who said he could move fast on a decision.
What is going on?
I fully expect for this to stay quiet for quite some time and then the investigation will "ramp up" and get "close to indictment" around December, January.
At what point will Libs acknowledge this is another partisan abuse of power. It's probably not really partisan as I bet McConnel and Co would be glad to see Trump go down.
I trust LawGeek, because I think he is probably the most honorable advocate on the OT, but at some point, I think he would be starting to lose trust in the system.
