at this point what is the ncaa doing? if states are setting nil rules , what is stopping states from setting their own rules? it sounds silly…but why doesnt the missouri legislature say colleges in the state can have unlimited scholarship rosters.??? and full scholarships for all?? no 5 years to play but unlimited eligibility??? if the ncaa says no, then missouri sues in a columbia court…what is stopping that from happening since nil is done state by state?
