Bieser is eager to see what efforts Mizzou will make to lure bigger crowds for the home finale against the Gators. That’s what Tuesday’s meeting was all about. Will fans catch on to the hottest team on campus? Can a state with major league teams to the east and west support a college program in the middle?
Bieser would love to see 2,000 fans at all three games.
“We clamor for that support. We want that support,” Bieser said. “We know it’s been challenging. We’ve got to continue, from the administration, from marketing from our baseball program, we all have to get on the same page and really work hard to promote this sport at Missouri.”
