China Virus is OVER is Missouri. Done! St Charles county has reported no new cases for several days now. But Dementia Joe has foolishly given St Louis $517 million in federal aid to help St Louis cope with the virus. The problem is none of the money has been spent yet. One thing for sure Mayor Tishaura O. Jones aint giving the money back. So they are pretending that China virus is still a pandemic scrambling to find ways to spend the money. Helping residents pay rent, utility and tax payments. They are also thinking of targeting payments to individuals in need??? (LOL people that voted for Jones)
It will be interesting to see, over the next several months how the money is spent. or misspent. How much is wasted or Lost or Stolen. I doubt any will be spent south of the Delmar Divide. I'm putting the over/under on how much is Stolen at $300 million, meaning that at the end of the process Tishaura will not be able to account for more then $215 million.
