Hi, here are a few notes to pass along from Columbus this morning.
- Can say with confidence that Missouri isn't out of it with Wisconsin QB commit Graham Mertz after talking with him this morning.
- Also talked with QB target Samuel Johnson III about his upcoming decision. He told me it's basically between Iowa, Syracuse, Boston College, and Missouri. Its probably going to be Iowa.
- Also caught up with Marvin Grant, who is holding off on making a decision for now. He said he will visit Kentucky later this month and plans to get back to Missouri and other schools with his family this summer. Right now, he has three schools he knows he wants to take officials too - Iowa State, Kentucky, and Purdue - and is still deciding who will get the other two officials.
Grant could possibly pop to a school this summer, but said if that does happen he plans on using up all his officials and take some in the fall.
