Tafara Gapare to slide into Kobe's spot and he's long and athletic and could play a small ball 5 in stretches.

I think with the money you save from not paying Kobe, it allows to spread it out a bit. Rice, Cleveland, and Gapare would raise the athleticism of this team immediately...
