Council introduces proposals related to official visits, coaching limits - NCAA.org
The Division I Council Thursday introduced several proposals into its legislative cycle at the recommendation of the Modernization of Rules Subcommittee, including

The D1 Council announced a few proposals they plan to vote on in January.
One would open up the official visit limits for recruits so that they could visit an unlimited number of schools, but only visit each school one time (barring a coaching change).
Another was to reconfigure current coaching limits. GA's in football would be "redefined," and basketball programs could have "two individuals who could provide tactical or technical instruction to student-athletes but would not recruit off-campus."
