FOOTBALL Questions regarding appeal process.

I searched before asking but couldn't find anything.

Is there an expected timeline for a decision? I know there's a summer hearing but can they just wait indefinitely to give an answer?

Also, if they wait past a certain point, do we play this year and sit next year if it's upheld? If so, what would that date be?
