i have seen mizzou teams play they’re asses off and lose in the end..so i think we are owed a few of those…thats 3 in the past year…better to stink and win than be better and lose

we have not pass blocked as well as I would have liked….but to give Cook a back handed compliment….I’ve never seen a D1 QB throw to and never look off or check down a receiver as much as Cook. He never seems to look beyond his first option and that is what will keep us from either making the playoff or getting past the first game

This is an 8 win team. We might be a top 20 team. We aren’t 7th.

I’m not happy with today’s game but almost every top 10 team has had an unexplainable close game. Look at Georgia last week with Kentucky. A&M will be the real test.

Just keep winning and enjoy the ride. We control our own destiny.

Brady desperately needed a healthy running game to hit the form we finished last season with and we have that!

The defense came back to earth but got serious when they had to.

We had our perfect storm and we survived it tonight.

The first half 4 and 2 call was awful (maybe worst coaching decision a Mizzou head coach has done with clock and snapping ball) but him burning a timeout 4 and 1 instead of just taking the penalty was idiotic as well. He could have gotten ball back after pinning them deep. Him and Kirby coached a horrendous game. F grade for me

Today was our first game with the whole family now that all my kids are old enough to enjoy it. My youngest got to see an overtime victory for his first Mizzou experience. The kids had a great time. Two little Mizzou fans that are on cloud nine. Mizzou remains undefeated and on track for the playoff. Good day.

They’ll get better

We lost Schrader but in the process we flipped our identity to Showcase our passing game and that’s not Brady’s true game.

We’re a run first Play Action pass team and Brady’s legs are just as effective if not more effective as his arm.

We’re getting away from who we should be.

People game planned for Cody and Luther last year.. in the process it allowed others to flourish with less attention on them.

I think we need to treat the duo of Noel and Carroll like they are Schrader and be a 55/45 run pass team and get back to PA crossers, PA deep shot once a half to Speedy, and some QB runs.

For 4 games I feel like we’ve been trying to be something we’re not.

Last year we ran the heck out of the ball... mainly going left behind Foster and Delgado, but Johnson and Membou were good enough to beat you on the zone stretch play if you overloaded. We don't seem to have that luxury this season. Bryant and Green are okay, but at this point in the season they are basically the same thing as what we have on the right side. Neither is dominant, both are occasionally very good. Without that threat we are struggling to pass, and Cook looks at time to have happy feet. Someone else mentioned he looked off today. I would agree.
But if he doesn't get back the STP attitude soon, we are sunk. He has the swagger... it was the STP attitude that gave him the edge.
