Went back through every play in the first half to see how Mizzou was defending UGA. Here's a breakdown of every Georgia offensive snap in terms of how many men Mizzou had in the box. Understand some of this is a little subjective because there are times a guy comes from out of the box on a blitz at the snap or bails out of the box at the snap and there are even a couple times where it's a little dependent on what you judge as the definition of "in the box." So this might not be exact, but it's close:
5 in the box: 2 snaps (both passes)
6: 10 snaps (6 pass, 4 run)
7: 11 snaps (5 pass, 5 run, 1 scramble)
8: 4 snaps (1 pass, 3 run)
9: 3 snaps (3 runs)
10: 2 snaps (1 pass, 1 run)
11: 1 snap (run)
Looking through second half now, but Mizzou only had eight or more in the box on 10 of 33 snaps and quite a few of those were short yardage or goal line
Second half
6 in the box: 7 snaps (3 runs, 4 passes)
7: 14 snaps (8 runs, 6 passes)
8: 4 snaps (1 run, 3 passes)
Total
5: 2 snaps
6: 17 snaps
7: 25 snaps
8: 8 snaps
9: 3 snaps
10: 2 snaps
11: 1 snap
More six man boxes than eight and still did a pretty good job against the UGA run game
