Does being down 2 asst coaches impact recruiting currently?

This would be my main concern now. Obviously there’s no defensive coaching needed at this moment.
I have heard Peoples in particular was an excellent recruiter. Is this a prime time for recruiting where we’re working with a short handed staff?
